Refunds and Returns
- Quality Assurance: At Sorga Chocolate, we are committed to delivering the finest quality products. If you encounter any issues with the quality of our chocolates, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you believe your order arrived in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us, and we will assess each case individually.
- Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
